Pizza!

Shallots, sun dried tomatoes, eggplant, mushrooms, orange peppers, tomatoes and nutritional yeast!

The crust recipe is from Living Without, here. It turned out really well and was definitely one of the best gluten-free crusts I’ve made. I ended up using the entire crust for one pizza, but I think it would be even better as a thin crust pizza (It was still a bit doughy).
