Recipe for bread and spinach avocado spread here. Topped with some dehydrated tomato slices, beets and carrots.
I don’t have a dehydrator, so I just spread the dough onto a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. I propped the oven door open with tinfoil and set the oven to the lowest setting. It took about 4 hours (maybe a bit longer). For the last hour I took the bread off of the parchment paper and put it on a metal rack.
I also baked some sweet potato fries, too!
