Almond and Buckwheat Flour Crust Pizza

The crust for this pizza was a mix of ground almonds and buckwheat (recipe here). This crust was more like a raw pizza crust than a traditional pizza crust. I was looking for something quick to make that would use up some ingredients I had, so this recipe did the job. I added tomato sauce, cheddar daiya and eggplant.

      I thought so, but it is definitely a different taste and texture, so I can see some people not being a fan of it.
